India has given the highest dose of corona vaccines among all the G-7 countries
The central government on Sunday informed that in August, India has given the highest dose of corona vaccines among all the G-7 countries. Data shared by the Center showed that more than 180 million vaccine doses were administered in the country last month, compared to 10.1 crores across all G-7 member countries. The official MyGovIndia Twitter handle shared the data saying the achievement of India in August. Statistics show that Canada leads the way with 3 million people vaccinated, followed by the United Kingdom, Italy, and Germany with 5 million, 8 million, and 9 million doses, respectively. Within the list, only Japan, the United States, and France gave more than 10 million shots. With this, the US and France gave the highest number of 2.3 million and 13 million doses respectively. There are ups and downs in the cases of corona infection in India.
